Interested renters must agree on the following terms and

- Monthly rental of P5,500 for airconditioned room
- One month advance, two months security deposit required
- Contract of Lease applies for minimum of six months (to be notarized by a lawyer)

- Gate locked 24hours
- Strictly no visitors allowed except for immediate family only.
- Renter must agree to pay for the quarterly cleaning of the air-conditioned units.

and other personal needs.
