Interested renters must agree on the following terms and

conditions:

Monthly rental of P5000 for non-aircon room
Monthly rental of P5,500 for airconditioned room
One month advance, two months security deposit required
Contract of Lease applies for minimum of six months (to be notarized by a lawyer)
With surrounding CCTV
Gate locked 24hours
Strictly no visitors allowed except for immediate family only.
Renter must agree to pay for the quarterly cleaning of the air-conditioned units.

Furnishings include:

1. Bed

2. Cabinets

3. Table

4. Chair

Renter should provide for his/her own foam/beddings, curtains,
and other personal needs.

Before move-in, renter is required to:

1. Provide his complete name and complete permanent address.

2. Submit a photocopy of his/her government issued I.D.

3. Fill-out a Client Information Sheet

4. Sign the Contract of Agreement

5. Pay for the one month advance rental and two months
security deposit.

Other responsibilities of the renter:

1. He should personally pay for his electric and water bills at
the payment center.

2. He should throw his/her garbage properly.

3. Upon move-out, he/she should leave the room as clean as it
it was when it was turned-over to him/her. If not, he is
required to pay for the person whom we will request to

clean the room in preparation for the next occupant.

4. In case of lost room key, renter must replace the
door knob and lock of the front door.

In case of lost gate key, renter must
replace the gate's padlock and produce 12 duplicate copies
of the new key for the other room occupants, the apartment
owner, and the apartment payment collector.
